Swimming Tips For Beginners

1. Check with your doctor first if you have chronic back and joint pains, heart, lung or inner ear problems


2. Since you are a beginner, don't swim alone. Make sure someone who can swim join you.


3. Warm up your muscles first before you swim so that you can reduce cramps


4. Don't exert if you are tired.
