Keep your weekly groceries under $40.00!!
Breakfast:
Yogurt w/Kashi Cereal
Snack 1:
homemade blueberry or tropical smoothie
Lunch:
WW vegetable orzo w/corn salad or chickpea salad
note: both salads last in fridge for 4 days.
Snack 2:
pop corn, chips, pretzels or craisins
Dinner:
Sweet & Sour fish balls, breaded eggplant or macaroni and cheese.
or a simple fiber salad.
After dinner snack:
Tea or lemonade.
Fluids:
6-8 cups water.
brew your own coffee at home or do the instant version.
limit drinking to weekends and holidays.
